Halloween
Originally on the album "Quiet Life",

the track is remixed but it is not.

released as a single A
side in the UK and Japan in 1980, later appearing on "Assemblage" and

on the early pressings of
the remastered "Assemblage" CD.
- Remix (6.19) - first released on the

version in 1982 that
was a hit. On the remastered "Assemblage" and "The Very Best Of Japan".
Very obvious fretless bass overdubs by Mick Karn that were not on the
original recording!
- Extended Remix (7.05) - on the 12"
single in 1982 and the
Japanese "The Singles" 2-CD set plus the 2001 Camden label CD of "Quiet
Life". It is a longer version of the "Special

that plays at the correct pitch at 78RPM. On the Japanese "The Singles"

above but edited, on the various artists compilation "Street Scene"
(1982).
